- Information sessions in the 2 participating schools (1st – 5th October 2018)
- Individual interviews with the potential Mentees (8th - 26th October 2018)
- Introduction to the role of the Mentees (17th December 2018 from 15h00 to 17h00)
- « Kick-off » and the first meeting between Mentees and Mentors (17th December 2018 from 17h00 to 18h00)
- 5 - 7 individual meetings between Mentees and Mentors (1 to 2 hours/month, to coordinate individually between Janaury and July 2019)
- Interactive Workshops with the Mentees to define their professional interests (1st April 2019)
- « Mentor Master Class » - Introduction to the role of the Mentors (September until December 2018) and mid-term briefing with the Mentors (April/May 2019)
- Anonymous satisfaction survey for Mentees and Mentors, shortly before the end of the program
- Closing conference with the Mentees and their Mentors at the end of the program (8th July 2019)
- Individual coaching sessions with a professional coach (if needed – dates to be agreed individually).
